Matar Kulcha With Achari Mirchi |
Ingredients (For Matar):-
Safed Matar :- 2 cups(unsoaked)onion :- 2 chopped
tomatoes :- 3 chopped
jeera (cumin seeds) :- 1 tsp
asofoetida :- pinch
tamarind pulp :- 1 tbsp
green chillies :- 2
amchoor :- 1/2 tsp
roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
oil :- 1 tsp
chat masala :- 1/2 tsp
Ginger juliens : few
Black salt
salt to taste
Method :-
Take a pan and add oil . Add jeera , hing .
Add tomatoes . cook till tomatoes are cooked
Add boiled matar , salt , black salt , amchoor , green chillies . Mix well and simmer for 5 - 10 mins.Then add tamarind and remove from stove.
To serve :- Serve it in a bowl , add chopped oonions , tomatoes , ginger juliens , coriander leaves and squeeze lemon. Dish is now ready
