Gatte ka pulav with Mint Raita

Ingredients

For Gatta :

Besan (gram Flour) : 2 cups
Vegetable oil :- 1 tbls
Curd :- 1 tbls
Red Chily Powder :- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder :- 1/2 tsp
salt to taste

For Pulav:

Soaked Rice : 2 cups
Tomato : 2
Big Cardamom :- 1
Small Elaichi :- 2
Cinnamon sticks : 1 (1")
Cloves : 2-3
Black pepper corns : 7-8
Bay Leaf : 1
Coriander Powder : 2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1tsp
Desi ghee : 3 tbls
Salt to taste

For Mint Raita :

Pudhina finely chopped : 1 big bunch
Curd : 2 cups
Black Salt to taste
Roasted Cumin seeds powder : 1tsp
Sugar : 1tsp

Raw Mangoes :- 4
Onion seeds :- 1/4 tsp `
Saunf :- 1/2 tsp
Achar Masala :- 1 tsp
Black Salt to taste
Sugar :- 5 tsp

Safed Matar :- 2 cups(unsoaked)
onion :- 2 chopped
tomatoes :- 3 chopped
jeera (cumin seeds) :- 1 tsp
asofoetida :- pinch
tamarind pulp :- 1 tbsp
green chillies :- 2
amchoor :- 1/2 tsp
roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
oil :- 1 tsp
chat masala :- 1/2 tsp
Ginger juliens : few
Black salt
salt to taste
